Refund Policy

At Hashem’s House of Hope, we deeply value the support of our donors and the commitment of our program participants. To ensure transparency and the efficient use of our resources toward our mission, we have established the following policy.

Charitable Donations

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, all donations made to Hashem’s House of Hope represent an irrevocable gift used to support our mission of recovery and independence.

• Non-Refundable: Generally, all donations are non-refundable.

• Errors and Unauthorized Transactions: If you have made an error in your donation amount or if a duplicate transaction has occurred, please contact us within 30 days. We will work with you to correct technical errors or refund unauthorized transactions made via our online portal.

Program and Housing Fees

Our residential and supportive housing services involve significant administrative and operational costs.

• Application Fees: Any fees associated with the application or intake process are non-refundable and cover the cost of clinical assessment and background screening.

• Residency Fees: Policies regarding the refund of monthly supportive housing fees are outlined in the Resident Agreement signed upon intake.

  • Early Departure: If a resident leaves the program voluntarily or is discharged for a violation of community rules, previously paid monthly fees are typically non-refundable.

  • Pro-rated Refunds: Any exceptions for pro-rated refunds due to extenuating circumstances are at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
